How far in advance should I book wedding transportation?

We recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for weddings during peak season (March through November) and on Saturdays. Popular dates book quickly, and early booking ensures you get your preferred vehicles. We have accommodated bookings as late as 2 weeks before, but availability may be limited.

Can you decorate the vehicles for our wedding?

Yes. We offer basic wedding decorations including Just Married signage, ribbon, and streamers at no additional charge. If you have specific decoration requests — custom signage, floral garlands, balloon arrangements — we are happy to coordinate with your florist or decorator to make it happen.

Can we book multiple vehicles for the same wedding?

Absolutely. Most weddings require multiple vehicles — a party bus for the bridal party, a sedan for the couple, and a shuttle for guests. We coordinate all vehicles under a single booking with one point of contact to ensure seamless timing across all transportation elements.

What is your cancellation policy for weddings?

Wedding bookings require a deposit to reserve your date and vehicles. Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to our standard cancellation policy. We understand plans change and we work with you to find solutions whenever possible.
