What is included with every Allstar vehicle?
Every Allstar ride includes a professional, professionally dressed chauffeur, complimentary bottled water, full climate control, and real-time flight tracking for airport pickups. Our vehicles are meticulously cleaned and inspected before every trip. There are no hidden fees — your quoted price includes the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, and standard insurance. Tolls and parking fees are passed through at cost when applicable, and gratuity for your chauffeur is at your discretion.
What is your luggage policy?
Each vehicle in our fleet has different luggage capacities. Our executive sedan comfortably fits two standard suitcases, while our SUV can handle up to four large bags. For larger groups, our vans, Sprinters, and buses provide ample luggage storage including overhead bins and under-floor compartments. When you request a quote, let us know how many bags your group will have, and we will recommend the perfect vehicle.
Is Allstar pet friendly?
Yes, Allstar Limousine & Tours is proudly pet friendly. We welcome well-behaved dogs, cats, and other pets in all of our vehicles. A $30 pet surcharge applies per trip to cover the additional cleaning required. Please let us know when booking that you will be traveling with a pet so we can prepare the vehicle accordingly.
Can I see the vehicle before booking?
Absolutely. We understand that choosing the right vehicle is important, especially for weddings, proms, and large events. We are happy to arrange a vehicle viewing at our Houston location by appointment. Just call us at (281) 254-1718 or send us an email to schedule a time. We can also provide additional photos and video of any vehicle upon request.
What if I need multiple vehicles for my event?
Allstar regularly coordinates multi-vehicle events including weddings, corporate conferences, and large group outings. We can deploy any combination of vehicles from our eight-vehicle fleet simultaneously, and we have strong relationships with trusted partner companies for events that require additional capacity. Our team will work with you to create a customized transportation plan.
