CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES/REFUNDS
*Cancellation/Late Change Policy
Each reservation has its own unique confirmation number. In the event you need to cancel a reservation you must
specify reservation number; only this number will be canceled.
If your reservation was booked through a 3rd party travel site YOU MUST cancel through their website.
* A 3% PROCESSING FEE will be applied to REFUNDS on bookings CANCELED BY CUSTOMER.
*TOUR EXPERIENCES can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to tour date for refund.
*CANCELATIONS for
Sedans, SUVs, Vans can be made up to 48 hours prior to service date.
Limos, Party Buses, Minibuses, School Buses up to 72 hours prior to service date.
Motor Coaches up to 7 Days prior to service date.

[ CHANGES MADE TO AN EXISTING RESERVATION within 2 HOURS of service time may result in additional fees or result in full fare charge]
These policies are set so that staff can properly plan, utilize resources and drivers can be properly scheduled in an effort to accommodate all commitments for that date.
* IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER
Allstar may cancel reservation within up to 1 hour of reserve if conditions prevent ability to provide safe transport of traveler, driver and vehicle.
A full refund would be provided under these circumstances.
[SIGHTSEEING TOURS]
*It is Customer responsibility to monitor your provided contact info, phone number, email in the event our staff needs to reach you regarding your booking as well as Tour Details, start times, pickup procedures regarding your specific booking.
*ALL SIGHTSEEING TOURS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ONLY IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
*DOORSTEP PICKUP FOR SIGHTSEEING TOURS IS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM THE AREAS LISTED IN THE TOURS DETAILS.
*It is CUSTOMERS RESPONSABILITY to be at their DESIGNATED PICKUP LOCATION at the DESIGNATED TIME provided to them after booking.
[AIRPORT SERVICES]
* 25% FEE REQUIRED FOR CHANGES MADE TO BOOKING WITHIN 2 HOURS OF SERVICE TIME
*Waiting time at airports exceeding 30 minutes of landing requires a fee of $30 USD per every 15 minute interval or $120 USD per hour.
*DEPARTURE time for POINT to POINT transfers is no later than 10 Minutes after requested pickup time. A waiting time fee of $30. per each 15 minute interval will be applied on departures after 10 minutes or $10. per 5 minute interval.
*Arrival time changes after 3 hours can be considered NO-SHOW and require new reservation be made.
*Allstar is not responsible for delays or flight cancelations made by airlines for any reason that result in customer being unable to board their reserved vehicle at the reserved time. All efforts will be made to accommodate however service is not guaranteed after 4 hours of original reservation.
*HOBBY HOU PICKUP
Meet chauffeurs on BAGGAGE CLAIM LEVEL at INFO BOOTH.

* IAH TERMINALS [D & E]

Due to ONGOING CONSTRUCTION project at IAH International TERMINAL E,
WE ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED TO MEET INSIDE ARRIVAL HALL;
WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WAIT CURBSIDE:
Please call your chauffeur when you arrive direct at the number provided just prior to landing or call 1(281)317-7517 for sedans, suv's, vans, (866)638-5466 for buses.
You will need to coordinate with chauffeur/dispatch AFTER you clear customs and proceed outside to one of the NUMBERED COLUMNS which you will provide the waiting driver who will then pull curbside to that column.
*[LOST PROPERTY]
Allstar is not responsible for lost items left in vehicles however we will attempt to recover any items lost for return to customer.
*Service rates to non local locations are based on garage departure to garage return.
*[DAMAGES]
Client Shall be liable for all damages to the vehicle sustained during the service, including but not limited to: rips, tears and damages to any equipment in the sum of $500. for sedans, SUV's, vans, limousines and $1,000. for minibuses and coach buses.
*A cleaning fee will be charged for any vomit or spillage inside the vehicle due to motion sickness which includes beverage spills in the amount of $500.
*ALL vehicles are NON-SMOKING
*PETS: $30. cleaning surcharge must be added to your booking during checkout for any pets to remove pet hair and odors as other customers may be allergic.
