How do I book a ride with Allstar?

For same-day or urgent bookings, calling is the fastest option — a real person will answer your call, not an automated system. How far in advance should I book?
Allstar recommends booking as early as possible to guarantee vehicle availability, especially for peak dates like prom season (April through June), major Houston events such as the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, holidays, and wedding season. For standard airport transfers and sedan services, 24 to 48 hours advance notice is usually sufficient. For larger vehicles like our charter buses and party buses, we recommend booking at least one to two weeks ahead. For weddings and prom, booking two to three months in advance is ideal. That said, Allstar accommodates last-minute requests whenever our schedule allows — so do not hesitate to call even on short notice.
What is your cancellation policy?
Allstar Limousine & Tours understands that plans change. For sedan and SUV bookings, we offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. For larger vehicles including vans, Sprinters, and charter buses, we require 48 to 72 hours cancellation notice depending on the vehicle size. Cancellations made within the required notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee. What payment methods do you accept?
Allstar accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept corporate checks, purchase orders for established corporate accounts, and direct bank transfers for large charter bookings. For corporate clients with recurring transportation needs, Allstar offers invoicing with net-30 terms upon credit approval. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Final payment is processed after your trip is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Do you offer group booking discounts?

Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Absolutely. Allstar Limousine & Tours uses real-time flight tracking technology for every airport pickup we perform. When you book an airport transfer, you provide your flight number, and our dispatch team monitors your flight from the moment it departs. If your flight arrives early, we adjust your pickup time so your chauffeur is there when you walk out. If your flight is delayed — whether by thirty minutes or three hours — your chauffeur's arrival time is automatically adjusted. There is no additional charge for flight delays. This service ensures that your Allstar vehicle is waiting for you when you need it, every single time.
What is your meet & greet service?
Allstar's meet and greet service is available for all airport pickups and is especially popular with corporate clients, VIP travelers, and first-time visitors to Houston. With our meet and greet service, your professionally dressed chauffeur will be waiting for you inside the terminal at the baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name. Your chauffeur will assist with your luggage and escort you directly to your vehicle, which will be waiting in a convenient pickup location. This premium service takes the stress out of navigating a busy airport and is included at no additional charge for executive sedan and SUV bookings. What if my flight is delayed?
Allstar Limousine & Tours never penalizes you for flight delays. Because we track every flight in real time, we know exactly when your plane lands and automatically adjust your chauffeur's arrival time. Whether your flight is delayed by twenty minutes or several hours, your chauffeur will be there when you arrive — at no additional charge. This is one of the key advantages of booking with a professional car service like Allstar versus a rideshare app. We monitor, we adjust, and we show up. You never have to worry about rebooking or waiting at the curb.
How early should I book for airport pickup?
For standard airport pickups in a sedan or SUV, Allstar recommends booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability. For early morning pickups (before 6 AM) or during peak travel periods such as holidays, Thanksgiving week, and spring break, booking 48 hours or more in advance is advisable. If you need a larger vehicle like a van or shuttle bus for a group airport pickup, please book at least three to five days ahead. How long are your tours?
Allstar offers Houston tours in several duration options to fit your schedule and interests. Our most popular city tour runs approximately three to four hours and covers the major highlights of Houston. We also offer a shorter two-hour express tour for visitors with limited time, as well as extended five to eight hour tours that include destinations outside the city center such as Galveston Island, the NASA Space Center, and the San Jacinto Battleground. For groups wanting a fully customized experience, Allstar can create tours of any length — from a half-day exploration to a multi-day Texas adventure.
Can I customize my tour itinerary?
Absolutely — customization is one of Allstar Limousine & Tours' specialties. Are your vehicles insured?
Yes, every vehicle in the Allstar Limousine & Tours fleet carries comprehensive commercial liability insurance that meets or exceeds all state and federal requirements. Our sedan and SUV services carry full commercial auto liability coverage, and our charter bus operations comply with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) insurance requirements. We also carry supplemental umbrella policies for additional protection. Allstar is fully licensed with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and maintains all required operating authorities. Our clients' safety and protection are our highest priorities, and we never cut corners on insurance or compliance.
Is Allstar pet friendly?
Yes, Allstar Limousine & Tours is one of the few professional transportation companies in Houston that welcomes pets in our vehicles. We understand that your furry family members are important to you, which is why we accommodate well-behaved dogs, cats, and other pets on any ride in any vehicle. A $30 pet surcharge applies per trip to cover the additional deep cleaning required after your pet's ride. Please notify us when booking so we can prepare the vehicle with protective seat covers. Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?

How is pricing calculated?
Allstar Limousine & Tours calculates pricing based on several factors: the type of vehicle you select, the distance or duration of your trip, and the date and time of service. Airport transfers are typically priced as flat rates based on your pickup or drop-off location and the airport. Hourly charter services have per-hour minimums that vary by vehicle type. Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not automatically included in Allstar Limousine & Tours' pricing. Tipping your chauffeur is at your discretion and is always appreciated for excellent service. Industry standard gratuity for limousine and car service is typically 15 to 20 percent of the trip fare. For corporate accounts and certain event packages, gratuity may be added to the invoice at a pre-agreed rate as a convenience. If you prefer to include gratuity in your payment so it is handled before the trip, simply let our team know when you book and we will add it to your invoice.
Are there extra charges for tolls or parking?
Allstar Limousine & Tours passes through toll charges and parking fees at cost — meaning you pay only what the toll or parking facility charges, with no markup from Allstar. Houston has several toll roads including the Hardy Toll Road, Beltway 8, and the Westpark Tollway, which are sometimes the fastest routes to your destination. Your chauffeur will always take the most efficient route, and if a toll road is used, the charge will appear on your final invoice. Airport parking fees, if applicable for extended waits, are also passed through at cost. There are no hidden surcharges, fuel fees, or administrative charges.
