 YES but only from selected areas. Unfortunately we can not provide pickup from everywhere but most common areas we do such as any location in DOWNTOWN, CONVENTION CENTER, UPTOWN GALLERIA, GREENWAY PLAZA, TEXAS MEDICAL CENTER, EADO, MUSEUM DISTRICT. 

Make sure the tour you choose on our site offers pickup from your area. Private Tours  offer pickup from some distant areas for additional fee. We try our best to accommodate any request within reasonable distance of the touring area. Allstar is the only tour provider in Houston offering this concierge for guest. Please provide address you request pickup at during booking if it is in the areas listed. You can also drive in for the tour and schedule pickup at  1404 Leeland st. 77002 Parking Lot for pickup there where you'll find safe all day parking $1.-$5. 

  YES! If it is a PRIVATE TOUR However due to extreme distance you will be required to add an additional hour to tour to cover excessive mileage, fuel expense, driver overtime, toll fees. This is a 1 time flat rate fee which covers the pickup, return of everyone in your group and not each individual. This option can help   avoid the inconvenience of waiting for Uber/Lyft arrival and the possibility of a late arrival that could result in you missing the tour pickup time designated to you after booking. IAH is approximately 20 miles/ 32KM/ 30 minutes from touring area. 

  YES! Of course. Houston's weather does not cooperate with roofless or un-air conditioned vehicles. You will find yourself cool and comfortable in ANY vehicle operated by "Allstar Transportation Limousine & City Tours". 

 Our group sizes are also kept minimal for touring comfort so BOOK EARLY to reserve space on your desired date.

  Yes! We offer shared tours and Private tours. Our shared tours are usually kept at a capacity of less than 15 people for a more personal experience. Our PRIVATE and FAMILY/GROUP TOURS are for your party only. 

For GROUPS of 5-10 we recommend our Private City Tour 3hrs for a 1 price fits all experience.

 This depends on which tour you book.   

   *Our SHARED  City Sightseeing Tour will cover so many locations within 2.5 hours that allowing everyone to step off at each stop would add another hour to tour. However, during the tour if weather permits our guide will stop at 1-2 most popular photo spots and allow some quick photos.

  * Guest are usually given brochures for stops of interest so they may return to this later and view at own pace. Often dining vouchers, coupons are given away on the tour from participating merchants nearby such as Steakhouses, Seafood restaurant's .

*Our PRIVATE Tours allow stops at any requested location for photos or brief exploration however it will count as touring time.

 *At end of tour all guest have option of return to hotel, drop off at one of the many new places discovered during the tour such as Downtown Aquarium or stay at Houston Museum District which is last stop on the tour where they can choose from nearly 19 Museums to visit including The Houston Zoo.
